Employee organisation chart
An organisational chart was set up for IBP in order to show the personnel hierarchy of the company. This is displayed in a password protected area for staff members.
When logged in a staff member can see their position highlighted and any subordinates under them. It is then possible to add and remove subordinates in your team as well as see team and individual sales results.
Sales Performance Manager
Linking to the Employee hierarchy is a system to view sales performance. Results of your whole team or certain individuals can be seen over a customisable date range.
Sales calls can be recorded and as well as saved in order to call at a later date.
There is also a system where the team leaders can assign notes to individuals giving advice and targets.
Educational Extranet
The IBP extranet also has a learning zone area. When logged in the user can see many features such as videos, document downloads, webinars, and news/blog items all relevant to the company.
