Dashboards for industry and manufacture

We build internet of things (IoT) dashboards for companies who monitor buildings, equipment and construction sites.

Devices send data from the field to the internet using LoRaWAN or wifi/internet protocols, and is captured into our AssetWolf platform. This analyses and analyses the data.

Specific examples include structural measurements on construction sites, key temperature measurements, water quality, and more.

Our platform monitors the incoming data and can sent alerts when critical conditions are present.

It also compiles graphs and floor plans with heat-map displays.

We build dashboards for small-medium sized (SME) manufacturers.

For example, we have built a production management database and dashboard for a UK-based solar panel manufacturer.

It provides management panels for overseeing operations and quality control.

For operational staff, it provides tablet-based interfaces for us while handling the products being fabricated, complete with barcode scanning and process measurements.

Industrial applications often rely on repositories of documents with technical information.

Information can range from standard documents, which may be in multiple languages, to custom-generated information.

Industrial companies often need to display their environmental, social and governance (ESG) credentials.

We build websites for industrial customers, so that their policies and practices can be clearly communicated. 

Where they are international companies, these sites may be in multiple languages, and contain mailing lists, news, and PDF newsletter downloads.

For manufacturing clients, we build sites with private extranet areas for partner companies, such as distributors.

These extranet sites may have certain features:

• Document repositories, such as for technical information
• Repositories of marketing information, such as images and video media
• Online training features
• Interactive sales features, such as product consumable calculators
• Handling of warranty registrations and claims
• News from the manufacturer, and mailing lists
• Multiple language support, e.g. where distributors are international.
