Design and user experience enhancement

We elevated the visual appeal of the website by incorporating carefully selected imagery throughout, creating a more engaging and professional appearance. A comprehensive design system featuring thoughtfully chosen typography and a harmonious colour palette ensures a pleasant reading experience across all content.

With the site hosting numerous documents, we developed an attractive presentation system that clearly showcases all downloadable resources, making it straightforward for users to identify and access the files they need.



Creating intuitive navigation

We restructured the site, which previously had confusing navigation, into a streamlined, intuitive experience.

By reorganising all existing pages and content into a logical hierarchy, we created a clear sitemap that makes information easy to find and navigate.


Other updates

Document Presentation

We reorganised documents that were scattered across the site, grouping them logically on their relevant pages. By replacing plain text links with visually styled lists, we improved both the presentation and accessibility of resources, making it easier for users to find what they need.

Interactive FAQ System

Previously, FAQs were scattered across separate pages, requiring multiple clicks to find answers. We consolidated all questions into a single, accordion-style page where users can easily browse topics and expand relevant answers instantly, significantly reducing the effort needed to find information.

Event Archive

We transformed a sprawling collection of events spanning from 2000 to present into an organised, tabbed system. Users can now easily navigate through events by year, making it significantly simpler to locate specific information and associated documents from the extensive archive.
