Support

Sites keep evolving even after going live, so we offer a range of support services.

For brochure-type sites, we can refresh content, images and styling; while on more complex sites we can adjust functionality and interface features.

Pricing

We can provide support through our on-call rates.

However for many customers, support is a long-term, recurring need. So we offer an Extended Support package on a fixed-price quarterly basis, which is more keenly priced than an on-call service.

Content editing

Most sites we build use a CMS (content management system), and so are completely editable by our customers. They can add pages, upload documents, change images, add forms... even adjust page layouts and CSS if they wish.

However, some customers prefer to keep to the path of simple changes themselves, and ask us to do the more complex changes on their site.

Using a system of draft pages and staging mode views — which allow pages to be viewed by trusted people before going live — our content management tools make it easy to review and adjust pages before being published.

Feature enhancements

Most sites we build are not just plain brochure sites, but contain custom features.

These features give our customers some advantage; but at the same time they rarely stand still, and need to be changed from time to time.

Within our support contracts, we allow for a steady number of feature enhancements to these custom features, whether they are small, or occasionally larger changes.
